Family Teacher Organization (FTO)
The Family Teacher Organization (FTO) is our version of a PTO.
The FTO is a volunteer-based organization that provides resources, programs, and support to FLEX Online students, teachers, and staff. All FLEX parents, guardians and learning coaches are welcome to be members of the FTO.
Our goal as the FTO is to support the needs of our students and families through putting together school directories, organizing community events and really bringing this community together!
However, the FTO cannot exist without family involvement. In order to get the FTO off the ground, we need YOU. If you have any questions or are willing to step into a board position, please reach out.

Join FLEX Online School’s Family Teacher Organization (FTO)
Our FTO can only exist through the creativity and collaboration of its volunteers. We need parents, guardians, and family members from all backgrounds to come together and build our community!
WHAT DOES THE FTO DO?
The FTO helps create a community between school and families. We can assist with school upgrades, organize school events, launch fundraisers, and provide support to the community.
CHILDREN BENEFIT
Research shows that children perform better when families are engaged in education both at home and at school!
THE SCHOOL BENEFITS
The FTO provides support for teacher and administrators helping to create a positive atmosphere within the school and the community.
MAKE CONNECTIONS
You get to know the teachers, staff, and other parents at the school better and form strong relationships!
